Slightly ruffled, deep red 10" blooms. Mahogany stems with dark green leaves. Very slow to break dormancy in spring but very rewarding all Summer long when they do. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds. Deer resistant. Native cultivar. Reaches 48-60" around when mature. Full sun.
